Why Do Christians Say Do Not Judge But Always Judge Xtians & Non-xtians Alike? by Gidtruth: 10:26am On Feb 11, 2011
Hello Hisservant is it not the same bible that says thou should not judge or who are you to judge another man's servant. To me pastor Chris is never a fraudster

I culled the above quote from a poster called 'lender' from the thread " Why is Pastor Chris a Fraud". Not wanting to derail the thread i decided to make this one.

So why say judge not another mans servant and yet don't Christians judge when they will not invite an imam or Guru maraji priest to come and minister during a service, why would a pentecostal christian not freely worship in a catholic church and yet that is not judgment?

How is it that Deeper Life campus fellowship don't join other Christians groups for fellowship without judging them unworthy of such fellowship?

And how do you become a Christian without judging the story and it's carriers as plausible?

Saying 'Pastor Chris is a Fraud' is an opinion that may be based on facts/ignorance/envy! Determining 'Pastor Chris SHOULD burn in hell because he is a fraud' is the kind of 'judgement' applicable in this context. It is CONDEMNATION that Christians ought not to do because they will receive the kind of judgement they give to others. In other words, no Christian is in a position to say that another man DOES NOT deserve God's forgiveness as that is for God to decide. A Christian who thinks another man does not deserve forgiveness from God should not expect forgiveness from God!

Christians can choose not to 'associate' with those/anything who might derail them from Christ or cause them to sin. Is the Imam or Guru coming to preach 'Jesus'? Will you not keep your daughter away from your randy neighbour? Choosing not to go out with fornicating/adulterous friends (to sin) is not necessarily out of 'judging' them but out of choosing what is right for your walk with Christ. It does not mean you hate them or have 'judged'(condemned) that they will go to hell.

Christians can evaluate their associations (and others truthfully) and decide what is right for their walk with Christ, where necessary; what they are not to do is determine that others do not deserve mercy/forgiveness from God! It is God who 'judges/rewards/condemns' the service of his servant

Different Churches being available mererly affords you the opportunity to fellowship with a group who share the same 'beliefs' as you. It does not mean that one group has DETERMINED that the other group will not make heaven. It is by the grace of God that we are saved through faith, not by the works of our hands (e.g a particular mode of dressing or church attendance)
