Even if it is his dad. That is the fact. The Land Use Act states clearly that he government owns all land. Even if he has a valid C of O . The land his house sits on or the disputed encroachment still belongs to government. Highest he can do is to seek compensation. Not even the Supreme Court can award him back the land if the government needs to make use of the Land.

To take laws into your hands to demolish a perimeter fencing of an Airport? shocked of up to 2km shows he has mental issues.

Airports are like national security assets. To even tresspass on Airport land by walking is a crime let alone demolishing it's walls. It is just like going to demolish Government house fence. They should not only demolish his house. He should be made to reconstruct the entire stretch of fence he demolished using his bare hands without help.

Not the best. He should have been fined in millions and jailed till he is done completing the entire structure he destroyed. But he could use his lawyers and those he knows in government to drag/obstruct required legal processes that would ensure that.

Come to think of it, it takes some crazy guts to destroy notable Federal Government property of that magnitude.
