The blood of Jesus Christ is Salvation for mankind. Jesus shed his blood as a sacrifice forl sin.

Jesus Christ presented His blood to God in Heaven, in the most Holy Place in Heaven, at the Mercy Seat in Heaven, so why do people still sprinkle and cover it today
You have no access to it. Only the High Priest could sprinkle the blood, only the High Priest. You’ve got to understand that. And before the office of that High Priest was established, Moses was the one who sprinkled everything with the blood of calves back in the Old Testament. This is very important. Who has the right to sprinkle the blood? It’s not the Christians sprinkling the blood on himself or on anyone else. It’s just the talk; they have no access to the blood. The Bible calls it the blood of sprinkling.

“For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people, Saying, This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you. That’s wonderful. It says Moses functioned in the type and Moses sprinkled all things with blood; it was Moses who did that. He didn’t say all the Hebrews sprinkled themselves with blood. They were God’s covenant people, but they weren’t going around sprinkling themselves with blood

So, just like the Jesus story is a ripoff from earlier gods like Horus and Dynosius, so also is the ''Eucharist'' a ripoff from pre-christian forms of ritual cannibalism.
