By Izuchukwu Ozoemena ENL Consortium Ltd, operators of terminals C and D of Apapa port says it has no plans to lay off staff. This clarification, it says, has become necessary following news that many terminal operators have been retrenching staff as part of efforts to contain the negative effects of the Covid 19 pandemic.
