i have a feeling that ladies get job easily than men and infact get promoted in some instances better than men, i have learned to just be confident and lively when i am been interviewed even if i am going to get the job or not cos they always look you especially if you are shaky or scared ,you sometimes know that our herat beats faster most times when we are going for interview .sahre your own experience here
