Every little piece of infrastructure in the SE they will use it for politics. Exactly there was no fanfare when any of those airports were done; PH too. But look at the embarrassing show they want to pull here.

It is this order that the police; commissioner and AIG were duty bound to help him enforce.

Why has the Enugu state Attorney General not appealed the judgement handed down by an Enugu State high court, not a federal high court.

If Emejulu resorted to self-help, what did the state government do by demolishing his property?
Government help?

Government is duty bound to obey laws and there are laws governing land acquisition for projects.

Pay necessary compensation where necessary.

You can't take a man's land and give federal government without compensating him.

Damn right he will Sieze any plane that lands on his Government recognized property.

Sooner or later, the chief of Air Staff will realize that airforce personnel are being used to enforce illegality and will order them to stand down.

Then what?
You will still pay him compensation and rebuild his house,

Let us watch and see if they indeed will let the airport function as other international airports with night landing.

The same forged judgement he's parading (without showing proof of how he got the land) has been set aside by Enugu State High Court since last year. The same court orderd status quo should remain until the judgment is decided and he went and chattered police and thugs and started destroying airport fence. Yorubas have insulted Buhari more than any other tribe in Nigeria.
When GEJ was the president,he was hated by the core and they went as far as frustrating his government but GEJ didn't deny them any infrastructure.infact, he did more for them than Easterners..
