I don't think there's a significant difference. Though I don't have an MBA myself. An MBA finance doesn't automatically lead to a career in finance, likewise an MBA in marketing.
In Nigeria's you'd probably find more people doing marketing. Though most of the courses/modules you would do will prolly be the same.
Curious to know why you're asking though.

Finance I think opens more doors for you than marketing. People who don't have MBAs do marketing performing marketing responsibilities on a daily basis -- if you can do both, Marketing/Finance --- but if you have to choose, choose finance.
