I just finish a two weeks training for a loan officer but we are told to bring three guarantor before we can be posted anywhere in the country for the job.

But recently now I got an offer for an Admin Assistant in a small business company where I would be offered accommodation if I want to and I can learn some other things because the guy in charge also handle human resources and the company financial account.

But the problem now is that the pay for the loan officer is 41k after deduction of tax and other expenses.

meanwhile the Admin Assistant job is 30k and they promise to raise the pay after one month of my performance evaluation.

Still confused on which 1 to choose... your idea is really needed
