Slightly increase your budget and get any of Launch CRP123, Autel ML619 or Bluedriver Bluetooth Pro. Scanners that can scan a car's engine, transmission and ABS don't come in cheap. But there are guys in here who sell scanners and might advice you on ones within your budget.

Autel ML619, BAFX, and Bluedriver seem to be the best budget options.

I'd personally go with the Autel.
