And have you ever paused to consider what an A-Class MC like Biggie would be without P.Diddy?? I agree (to an extent) with this last point . . . but then a lot of the Naija artistes playing contemporary music are just evolving . . . if you look at the industry like 7-10 years ago, you would conclude that all these artistes could never cross international boundaries . . . but I tell you that with some stuff that we get to hear these days, some of the A-list "local" artistes we have now are actually "international stars" in the making . . . plus, the world keeps getting smaller and smaller, music made in small communities now filters into the stratosphere, blogosphere and everywhere . . .
