HAVE YOU HEARD OF DHA BEFORE?
If you have not heard about DHA before keep reading, because without it you probably would not have been able to read this article.

DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) is an omega 3 fatty acid essential for brain development during pregnancy and early childhood. DHA is present in breast milk and has been added to some infant formulas.

Research Showed that the perpetual reasoning skills of children whose mothers consumed DHA during pregnancy was better than those whose mothers did not.

Adults also need DHA, it is a major component fat found in the brain and eyes. Its also a key component found in the heart and blood vessels. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Unfortunately, the typical diet contains less than 100mg/day well below the minimum amount recommended by expert bodies around the world.

So, guys am recommending a product you will enjoy taking and that is Aim Global’s Chocolate beverage MY CHOCO
