Cops: Negligence Turns Deadly At A Texas Day Care
Cops in Houston are searching for 22-year-old day care operator Jessica Rene Tata. According to authorities, on Feb. 24, 2011, a grease fire broke out in the day care run by Tata, due to an unattended pan left on an ignited stovetop.

Seven young children were left in Tata's care at her residence, and police believe they had been left alone by Tata when the fire began.

Four of the children were killed and three severely injured as a result of the blaze, which police believe was a direct result of Tata's negligence.

Tata is currently wanted on four counts of Manslaughter, six counts of Reckless injury to a child, and the U.S. Marshals service has charged her with Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution.

Tata has also been added to USMS Top 15 Most Wanted list.
Cops: Tata Fled The Country
On Feb. 25, 2011, the day after the deadly fire, investigators tried to interview Tata twice. During the second interview, Tata avoided authorities and asked that any questions be referred to her lawyer. That was the last time investigators saw Tata.

Cops say Tata took a plane to Georgia on Saturday Feb. 26, 2011, and then headed to Nigeria.

Tata is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

Apparently she left these kids in the building and went shopping with a pot on the stove and some of the children died when a 'grease fire' broke out.
I hope they catch her!
