General Requirement:
• Applicants have the relevant university degree

Personal Assistant to the M/D
- Must have a first degree relevant for the post
- Able to take dictations, manage callers effectively,
- Have retentive memory, calculative disposition and good organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure and appreciate confidentiality
- Able to take initiatives, supervise others and have good knowledge of computer
- Ready to travel frequently, work late hours, manage MD’s appointments, welfares and schedule meetings
- Must be proactive, smart and highly presentable
- Ability to deputize for the MD on delegated matters
- sexy, hot and proactive

Customer Service Manager
- A degree in any management or social science discipline
- Able to provide information and respond to enquiries from various stakeholders
- Develop an on going relationship with the customers
- Ensures all customers are well attended to, track and record complaints in a log
- Help to develop sales, manage local promotion activities within the budget
- Project the desired level of professionalism and orientation
- Must posses a high personal motivation, determination to sell
