Where big men use for money laundering.

They rather pack all their monies from the bank and buy precious stones to sell abroad.

That's sth Makinde and Also Nassarawa state government can look into.....

Setting up a duty free source and artisan village of sorts...

Raw stones can be purchased and certified
Polished and then cut into different shapes and sizes
And installed into different decorative or tourist pieces

All at a subsidized price when comparing to the market value

as you have in parts of Thailand, Gold souks of Dubai.

See how government can easily increase revenue, yet, some people are still suggesting they increase VAT

Xisnin:
Tax them!
but their northern counterpart isn't taxed and they also sell their resources to the government.
But the Niger deltans can't sell crude oil to the government

Well, you said this because you are having pity on this illegal miners.
The fact is our government is lenient enough by not making Nigeria a police country where immigration officers chase aliens upandan .

But the most painful thing is our people are being chased for alien permits and residential permits by the government of other African States despite the fact that our people are not in this countries illegally mining their resources.

So, let the government be hard on them.
