We are currently seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to provide back office support to ensure the smooth running of the corporate office.

Location
Ikeja, Lagos State

Salary
Negotiable depending on experience

Responsibilities:
1. Perform basic data entries into computer systems and storage of files
2. Procure items critical to the smooth running of the office such as fuel for generator and stationery
3. Attend to visitors at the reception
4. Assist the Customer Service Management

Person Specifications
1. Minimum of SSCE
2. Ideally resident within 30 minutes commuting distance to Toyin in Ikeja, Lagos
3. Integrity and punctuality
4. Good communication skill in English language
5. Data entry computing skills
