We are currently seeking a dependable Office Assistant to provide back office support to ensure the smooth running of the corporate office.

Job Summary
1. Be the principal contact point for customer support online and offline.
2. Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and partners.

Location
Ikeja, Lagos State

Salary
Negotiable depending on experience

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer questions and confirm customer orders.
2. Follow up on sales leads to ensure customer conversion
3. Escalate and resolve customer complaints
4. Carry out customer satisfaction surveys and reviews.
5. Monitor company performance against service level agreements and flag potential issues.
6. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
7. Support with organising company events when required.

Person Specifications
1. Proven customer support experience
2. Experience with meeting set targets and KPIs in business settings
3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
4. Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of characters
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
7. Hands on business experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and business collaboration and social media platforms tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, WhatsApp, Zoom, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
