I can't recharge or check credit balance after my BIS has expired I own a BB 9650 and on MTN network, anyone know how to fix this, please help |

kindly follow the follwoing steps to fix this issue: - Options - Mobile Network - Click on the menu button - Select diagnostics test - Click on the menu button again and select 'Run' Hence, a test is run on handheld to fix the problem. I hope this helps. |
