Incompetent government

Why not try to compromise rather than issue threats

Insincerity is the hallmark of this government. And to think that Ngige of all men is at the center of this matter throws a wet blanket.

Let's be sincere, if Boko Haram demands for a N100b, would government be dragging it for this long? How much havr they not been paying to this people in the name of negotiation, deradicalization and settlement

I think the Government is madder. IPPIS is a fraud. There have been cries, but the Government has decided to ignore it.

Who told toy it is about the 40billion, remove IPPIS without paying ASUU and see how they will rush back to classes.
The fundamental issue and concern is the fact that the IPPIS is being run by a cabal who benefit from the system through the backdoor. The application was not developed by the federal government of Nigeria but developed for the government. Let FG accept the S/W presented by ASUU. The same way Alpha beta enriches some corrupt view via the backdoor. cool

I'm not really concerned about the IPPIS, for me a responsible government should have settled this matter a long time ago without even a strike...

A government that can easily borrow trillions to pour into White Elephant projects, yet chooses to keep students at home for almost a year due to refusal to dole out a couple of billions is clearly not interested in education...

Almajiri Republic of Nigeria..

Abokiz have 0 value for education except Arabic Almajiri.

Edo and Niger delta youths suffer the most. Kids in my village got no education, they can’t read. Tomorrow they’d be called witches and Bush village people.

Nigeria is bad for Blackman

The same man who said we have surplus doctors when asked about the brain drain affecting the health sector.

Other options should have been considered from the beginning.

I also find it funny that he has talking about his kids being home since 2017 yet isn't bothered about preventing future strikes.

You know, asking FGN to do away completely with IPPIS is like asking for an end to corruption in Nigeria, ASUU will fight but at the end they will lose this battle, ASUU should play wise so as not to be on the losing side completely.
