Engineers should be number one, they deal with advance mathematics and logic, by nature, they create things out of nothing. Every other profession depends on engineers to survive in terms of inventions and modern innovations

Second on the list should be programmers which interwoven with engineering. They also deal with mathematics and logic as well as in the act of creating. It is through this smartness and intelligence, engineers and programmers usually remain number one in term of wealth creation. They usually top richest chart in the world through invention and creativity.

Billgate, two Google guys, face book owners, apple guy and many more to lists of richest in the world due to their level of intelligence, creativity and smartness. They get money from all of us daily without knowing. Medical doctors should be in 1 to 5 lists because you must be above average from secondary school in science before you can study it. Just like engineering, you must proved some level of intelligence and outsmart others in science class before you can qualify to study them
