Business financing is hard to get for startups and smaller enterprises. With lenders apprehensive in agreeing to extend $10,000, $50,000 or $250,000 to small businesses – that is, unless they’re backed by bigger firms or well-known names. Until you find a venture capitalist whose name begins with Jeff or Bill, you may need to search for either alternative tools inside a bank (lines of credit or credit cards) and alternative outlets outside the traditional banking system (merchant financing or P2P lending).

Here are eight types of business loans that tech startups need to know:

1. Line Of Credit

2. Invoice factoring
3. Business credit card
4. Term Loan

I suppose term loan is the best option for start-up which doen't require big budget. I can mention short-term loans like cash advance online if your main reason is time lack. In such situations there is no need to wait. You should re-consider all option to find the better one and use it. Moreover it doesn't force you to pay high % for payday loans.

It is very important in which area you have launched a business, especially during the coronavirus and the economic crisis. If you have launched an online business, such as food delivery or an online store, then everything is quite simple. You just need good advertising. Instagram and Facebook have this option. You need as many people as possible to find out about you. I started my business in 2019 in the field of public catering. Everything was going well until the crown came and we were shut down. My restaurant didn't have food delivery, and there was no money to arrange it. Then I turned to a factoring company for financial help, which gave me money to organize food delivery ( application, employees, cars).

I agree with you. The type of loan depends on the scope, as well as on the conditions.
