I want to buy one 2m budget. I would like to buy sedan. I love Toyota but dont mind Honda or whatever. What car should I buy for normal drive for 5-person family?

Budget too low for something you'd enjoy. Raise to 3m and you have a much better pool to pick from.

At 3m, you can get

- GS300
- IS250
- 07/08 Infiniti G35
- Avalon

However, I'm pretty sure you can get an early E90 328i for just over 2m these days. Great cars, albeit with some eccentricities.

Hi, I have a budget of 2.8 - 3m and really interested in gs300 or is250 but I can't seem to find a "good" car, the ones I am seeing are accidented/salvage ( after Vin check) Do you have any recommendations where I can find a clean title gs300 or is250? Thanks

Sorry, I tend to favor buying my cars from the US instead of locally.

Cc: Chukel
I think you had a GS for sale a while ago.

Family of five deserves a mini people mover....at least a Toyota Sienna.

The fact is, cars have gotten expensive. Unless he's willing to go Nigerian used, then the cleanest Avalon he can get is the best option.

Cars are not cheap due to exchange rate, if you find a cheap one be ready for expensive wahala.
If I buy a car now it will set me back N17m, and that is a mid range car.
If you find a Honda Civic buy it

If you look at his budget of N2m ($4000), I can only buy a compact, to ship and clear at that price($2000).
The only reliable and affordable car that will fit 5 is a CIvic or Corolla

Seem like Sienna good investment.

If you want non accidented and non salvaged, up your budget. You can't eat your cake and have it.
You may be able to get a high mileage 2006 is250 with your budget.

Or better still get a fair mileage clean title lexus es330 with that budget.

Nice, that was my first choice, changed my mind because Honda don't have good resell value ( I don't plan to use the car for long)

I just bought myself a new car I had been thinking of most of 2020, but decided too wait for some discounting kick in.

A 2020 F150 and it was not cheap.

If you were sensible, OP didn't specify that he wanted a compact car. So why are compact cars always recommended? that was my inquiry.
