ASUU and conditions na like 5&6

The conditions are for your own good. Do you want those dilapidated buildings to crush you?, get infection due to congested hostels?,unequipped library for more vast knowledge or poor salaries that cause "sorting"?
Let's reason before we conclude.

You have to commend ASUU. It is clear that the faults are from FG. ASUU is trying to ensure that federal schools still stay alive. FG don't care about Nigerian youths. All the politicians have their kids studying abroad and don't give a hoot about the poor masses. Take a look at all government secondary schools today, how many how them are still functioning well ? That's why private schools are taking advantage, increasing school fees. Can you Imagine how much it will take a broke man to send his kid or kids to private uni. Shout out to ASUU
ASUU always fight for their pockets, they don't care about students.

HIGHER EDUCATION IS IN COMATOSE IN NIGERIA.

Better send your children to study in Ghana or Turkey than to remain waiting for endless resolution of the dispute.

My dear it's not for my own good. I finished uni 5 years ago.
Whatever they're doing is definitely no business of mine

Ngige earlier issued a press release that 98% of ASUU's demands has been met,I guess these demands were met on paper not in terms of implementation if not there wouldn't have been 6-point conditions attached.

ASUU are the most wicked set of people in this country. They don't care about the students, they only care about their pockets. Very wicked set of people.
Point of correction dear.. ASUU is not wicked but the FGN is wicked and selfish. ASUU is doing all these stuff for the well-being of the Nigerian Universities and the students entirely. The FGN has a very poor funding scenario when it comes to our public universities and they know it that is why their wards don't attend the universities. Things will really change in the universities after this strike.

ASUU is weak.
They should look and for other means of displaying their frustrations and displease rather than strike all the time.
The FGN knows fully that they only Avenue ASUU can use is strike and thus; they are used to it.
What other means would you suggest?

Either you are naive or you are biased
ASUU strike is 100% out of selfish interest. Govt come govt go ASUU continue to strike
The universities are funded by govt and yet still collect huge sums from the masses with zero accountability.
Many of the professors and staffs are drawing multiple salaries illegally.
University contracts are awarded with zero accountability or transparency.
Ask them what the use TETFUND and other funds from NGOs to do? All into selfish pockets

If u think ASUU is fighting for u then u are only deceiving yourself. They are counting on your suffering to pressure govt into succumbing to their selfish demands

ASUU people know what they are doing. They are not weak at all. Look at that last condition they gave the Federal government.

They know the government will fumble and thus would embark on strike again. Many of them went broke with red account balance and not sure of getting anything. With their negotiations, they got two months payment and still give the government conditions which they are sure the government will not meet up to.

It's a win win for ASUU. They now have something to spend this December and after that they can continue their strike when the government fails to meet up their demand before January ending.

Good governance is all about continuity. Your politicians are the selfish ones here not ASUU. IF GOVT WERE PLAYING THEIR PART WELL, ASUU WONT HILD FG TO RANSOM. ASK YOURSELF WHY ASUU ARE ALWAYS COURAGEOUS to go on strike. Your govt is sick.
