Good day Gurus in house, plz your help is needed here. My Civic started misbehaving,the RPM won't go beyond 4000, after I did a scan 2 codes was reveal P2649 and P2184. After going through the forum, I concluded that the P2649 could be the cos which is the VTech solenoid, which was removed by my mechanic and the seal with the strainer was washed and fixed. But the issue still persists. What are we not doing right pleas help.

Check d plugs and coil, u can switch the position of the coils. I drive 2008 civic. I got some experience.best of luck.

Stop using 20w50 oil Una no dey hear. You will continue replacing solenoid (or whatever you call it)
