Bitter Leaf Question by Jasiel(f): 12:59pm On Mar 31, 2011 |
How come nobody answered my last bitterleaf question? I asked about the best way to get the bitter taste out of the leaves without having to wash my hands sore. Sum1 advised to put kaun(potash) in it but I don't buy that idea. What do u guys suggest? |

i know nothing about cooking apart from rice, fried plantain, boil egg. For your question, my answer would be to add enough salt and maggi. |

The only secret I know is - Wash it thoroughly. Yes, Ikaun helps too. Just wondering, what's bitter-leaf soup without the slightly bitter taste. |
