Mia is 18weeks old, the ears are so flappy and very uncharacteristic of a German Shepherd. Please what can I do?

teething or a pathology or related health condition may be the cause. Take it to a vet.

It has been like this since birth. Infact, the vet came around today for general check up and said there is no cause for alarm, but I not just comfortable. Mia is is so healthy and hyperactive.

There is nothing wrong with your dog. Some German Shepard dogs don't have the characteristic "standing" ear of the breed.

Then it's ok. My cousins dog have same issue too. Though it's late now.
