Good morning all, I am currently embarking on a project, which is developing over 300 unit of funny finished terrace duplex in Benin city Edo state, and I intend to sell the units as off plan, I want to know if this is a good idea and I haven't seen anyone do such thing in Benin, and I don't know why, also I will want ideas on how to minimize cost, as well as what you think it will cost in total to have 50 units of such in one place ,aw I intend to start with 50 unit, property is at obagie community off sapele road, Benin city.
