Kidnapping wasn't a plague to the masses until abokki got involved. With their crude and barbaric senselessness, anything they 'discover', they destroy.

Niger Delta militants first started with oyinbos and then later graduated to targeted kidnapping of wealthy people. This formula was copied by South Eastern and South Western Kidnappers.
