Noun New Policy – Students React Only To Get Blocked On Twitter The management of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) earlier today, came up with a new policy which states that “students can only register first semester courses for 2021/1 semester.” This simply means that If you have second-semester courses, you will have to wait till 2021/2 semester to register them. And this is the model that will be used henceforth.
