As a business development associate, you are primarily in charge of initiating & closing deals by prospecting, securing appointments, making presentations, and following up with leads.

You are required to do all that is legal and just to bring in new clients for the company including:
- Identifying market potential by qualifying prospective
companies.
- Initiating sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
- Closing sales by building rapport with potential clients; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Expanding sales in existing clients by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.
- Recommending new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
- Updating your job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishing marketing and organizational goals by meeting set targets monthly and quarterly

Requirements

- OND, HND, BSC can apply

- be a computer literate
- be very familiar with social media tools
- be very diligent
- Be very bold, not fear driven
- be open to correction when wrong
