wash and peel about 2 sweet potatoes slice them together with tomatoes, carrotes you can add meat or fish boil for 45 minutes leave to cool and later grind the mixture in a food processor or blender. and a cube pf maggi and Cook the mixture again for about 20 minutes Nb: You can substitute sweet potatoes with white potatoes |

I think you can't watch T.v. There are many type of programs that shows the recipes specially for your baby's, Any way! You should add some fruits, home made dairy products, some meat also, ! This is really best for this age to start such type of food, ! |
