Please I have been clicking on "forgot password" since yesterday to update my profile but I haven't received any password reset link on my email after submitting my email to update my profile on National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) Portal.
Did any one experience this same issue?
Any idea on how to resolve this?
Please help out.

In my own case , on clicking the forgot password and entering my email address,. I received a mail which reads " congratulations you have successfully changed ur password" . Am confused because I didn't change anything and now I don't know how to login....I have tried using the registration password but it keeps saying something went wrong....please I need help guys

Click the link sent to ur email... Then type a new password

They claim they are trying to help but they can't even set up a proper portal. Yet they will come out tomorrow and claim that they spent millions not set this up.... rubbish

I was able to login with a different date of birth which is different from what I have on all my documents, I know I will still upload some but I wanted to know if I won't be disqualified for a wrong DOB. when I opened the account, I was a few months to the required age but had to has a schooled away from home. i backdated a year.

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

I an in question 15 of 20 and their site just hanged. It is not refreshing. Pls if i cancel the tab and will i be able to retake the test if i re-login

Try doing it again in the early hours. Also try to use Firefox browser.

Is anyone still having the 'take test' icon on their dashboard even after taking the test? Is it a general problem?

Just press the x mark on the error message and try again. It sud go this time.
