What should one do when face with the dilemma of voting for a trusthworthy muslim woman and trusthworthy unbeliever for either any top political executive post

I think there is crucial difference between "Ibadat " (Acts of worship) and '' Muamalat" (Social affairs)
In worship as Muslim you have to do what is written like how you perform your Salat Fasting Zakat etc, but in Social affairs everything is open except what is strictly forbidden As Muslim you shouldn't vote for someone just because he is Muslim As Citizen you should vote for the more competent the more upright and the one with more intellectual probity all theses qualities are universal and in accordance with the basic principles of Islam
