Yes, you have raised a point but I suggest you Package according to your capital and overtime as you gain stability, then you up your packaging standard. For machinery, this depend on your scale of production. You can choose to start in small scale and gradually raise it if business is good. Overtime you will gain economics of scale. One thing I know is this: there is real demand for this production chemicals.
