Have you send salutation to the prophet today. If not say 'solalahu alay wasalam'

'Sallallahu alaihi wasallam'

Almighty Allah says:
"Surely Allah and His Angels send blessings on the Holy Prophet (Sall Allahu ‘alaihi wa Salim). O you who believe! Send Blessings (Durood) and Salutations (Salaams) on the Prophet with worthy Salutation".
(Surah al-Ahzab: 56)

Hazrat Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (radi Allahu anhu) also narrates that Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (Sall Allahu ‘alaihi wa Salim) said:
"On the Day of Qiyamah(Resurrection), the closest to me from among the people will be those who have read the most amount of Durood Shareef".

"O Allah! Shower peace upon our Chief Muhammad Sallal Laahu Ta'ala Alayhi Wa Sallam and endow him with the means and high status in Heaven".

If [b]recited after every prayer [/b]and in every prayer, it brings a great deal of reward. Also recite it as often as you can in other times.

As Sweetnecta mentioned, maybe you should edit the opening post and change the word 'praise' to 'send salutations'.

If only we know the benefit of sending salvatation to rosul. We wont mind using all our time to do that. It's the only ibadah Allah also undertake. Surah ahzab v 56

'Laqad kana lakum fi rosullah huswa tun ashana' the best of character is that of rosul

'la qad kana lakum fi rosulu llahi uzwa tun azana' verily the best of character is that of muhammad. (SAW)
