but i am not sure if this application can allow various account holders to log in and view there account balance.

I am hoping i can find one that the administrator can either credit or debit account and the individual account holder can view his account.

ok i it is open source u want why not get the open librarioes and write urself u mkay not c a fully ,stable good working banking s/w out ther if u do u may not like the free available features.

You can look at the features myphpmoney got and add more features to yours when developing one, if you know php/mysql well this won't be a problem for ya,  abi cactus no bi so,  ?
