The People’s Court of the southwestern province of Tay Ninh, Vietnam on Tuesday, April 13, sentenced a 25-year-old Nigerian man to death for illegally transporting narcotic substances into the country from Cambodia.

Unachukwu Chiluba Paulinus was arrested on February 19, 2020, in the Ta Pheng area of Thuan Tay hamlet in Loi Thuan commune, Ben Cau district, while transporting nearly 3 kilogrammes of methamphetamine.

25-year-old Nigerian man sentenced to death for drug trafficking in Vietnam

He told police that he arrived in Cambodia in 2019, where he met an African man called Oscar who hired him to transport the drugs from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh City for 2,000 USD. He was paid 650 USD in advance.

After traveling by taxi from Phnom Penh to the border, he crossed over into Vietnam and was arrested by Ben Cau district’s police.

He also confessed to having earlier transported a backpack containing drugs from Cambodia to HCM City, which he delivered to an unknown man.

The decision was based on Clause 4 in Article 250 of the 2015 Penal Code, the local media reported.

Unachukwu, It's so Pathetic and Unfortunate that Despite knowing the consequences for doing drugs, you still go ahead to do the crime.

I Hope you will have the wisdom to make Good use of the opportunity In this Death sentence
.
A Death Sentence is one of the most Favorable and Privileged way to Depart this Earth if you are Wise.
Make sure you repent and Surrender to JESUS before you are cut off.

Smh. Na so such young man life go just waste like that, on top $650? I won't be surprised if the 'Oscar' guy that gave him the drugs to traffick is from his tribe/state/village.

Nah wah oooo....
A difficult terrain...
Money answereth all things..
Every question in life without an answer, everything and anything you can't place your hand on, or figure out in life, the answer is MONEY...
MONEY has made this man taste death before his time... People actually pay for and hasten their own death...

Animalistic bastards
Zoo animals.

Oh No, Not again! sad sad sad
Always in the news for the very wrong reasons.
May God save Nigerians from these idiots that keep bringing the countryto to disrepute.
They have all the opportunities to work legitimately, but fraud and crime is engraved on their forehead.....almost naturally!

Same kind of people we read, that produce fake teething powder for new born babies under 6 months old, sending many innocent newborns to their untimely death!

They turn worn out and old tires to brand new ones in their shops under 3 hours and sell it back to unsuspecting public as tokunbo tires!!! shocked
Causing many deaths on our roads by so doing!!

Same people that were rejoicing on the death of one of the greatest women to ever come out of Nigeria (Mrs Dora Akunyili!) cos she was a pain in their dirty as$!!

Anything and everything is money to them, even when innocent lives are in danger.
Bastards.

Oluromantic:
Not their fault, that's what poverty can cause
Why not shut up if you have nothing reasonable to say, are they as poor as the poorest people?
Better no let people come for your head Oga romantic!
Oshisko!!
