Must you talk you nonsense!

GboyegaD:
Don't mean to be mean but for someone who converted "Operations Feed the Nation" to "Obasanjo Farms Nigeria", I don't understand the justification he has to talk about farming.
My opinion.

Encouraging young farmers! one should ask how many young farmers Fulani chased out of their farm or lost life?

One should ask about the future of those Yoruba refugees in the Benin republic? most of them were farmers.

"young farmers had the privilege to listen to a lecture from Nigeria's former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo"

Deception!
Obasanjo is not a farmer, he is a thief.

According to Atiku Abubakar---who was Obasanjo's vice president [1999-- 2007], Mr. Obasanjo had less than N20000 in his bank account when he ran for president in 1999. When Mr. Obasanjo left office in 2007, he had $2 billion in his bank account.

Obasanjo salary as president of Nigeria was less $3000 per month.

How did president Obasanjo get $2 billion after 8 years in office?

You be the judge!

"He rounded up by praying with the students and wishing everyone success."

Prayer works! For the truly faithful!

This man is trying to be modest and exemplary at the end of his life. Many people would want to achieve big, grow old and retire to the countryside to play elderly roles in the community. But his past is one of the foundations of Nigeria's failure as a country.

Go and check your details well. OBJ left Nigeria with over 50billion dollars in foreign reserves, payed all our debts, increased salaries and built several monumental utilities and structures.

He stabilized the value of Naira and pushed for equity in the system.

Obasanjo has ruled Nigeria twice, he ramains Nigeria's best president ever. Very patriotic, sound, all rounder and intelligent man.

He put the right people in cabinet, most were 1st class materials in their fields that things could move.

What has your darling Buhari done or the loose and clueless Jonathan?

Modern day agriculture are driven by technology.

Not the cutlass and hoes farming still being used by small scale farmers in Nigeria.

If our young people are to benefit from agriculture they must be introduced to technology driven agriculture.

Loans must be given to committed farmers to expand their agric business.

Land must be leased out to young farmers at affordable rate.

There should also be provision for equipment that can be used to preserve farm products.
