I have been jogging everyday for the past 13 years both at home and away and I can tell you it relieves my stress and I hardly fall sick apart from occasional headaches from working. It helps me maintain my weight and keep my youthful features. When I tell people I am in my thirties they exclaim in disbelief because I look younger.

The 30 minute excercise is good for you.Some people don't know that when they jog they put pressure on the hearts If the BP is high excessivelly or the heart has some embarrament ,the much pressure you put on the it when jogging at over 35 years could lead to a sudden health crisis like slumping culminating in cardiac arrest.The older we are the more we should care about our limitations on exercise choice
