Can someone who has a 2nd class lower apply for masters degree in a reputable Canadian university.
What's the possibility of been accepted ?

Almost 0%. They usually require 2:1
The schools that accepts 2:2 requires that you have 60-65% gpa in your final year or last two years of study. Try university of new foundland

The schools that accepts 2:2 requires that you have 60-65% gpa in your final year or last two years of study. Try university of new foundland
There's no graduate school that'll accept an average of 60-65% in Canada. To do a masters, one needs an honors degree (which means an average of 75% and up in the last two years of the undergrad degree).
