Good evening house. So today I was travelling out of state with my Truck(ford ranger) and I encountered road safety on the road. They booked me and took my license,claiming I have no speed limiting on my vehicle. I was shocked as I've never heard that before, Their reason they claimed is that my vehicle is registered under commercial class( red plate number) so I ought to have a speed limiting device. Please if anyone here have any knowledge on this, I would appreciate if more light is thrown on it. Cos I don't mind going there to cause serious trouble tomorrow if their claim holds no water. Why do you have a commercial plate number on a private truck? Even small commercial cars like taxis don't buy commercial number plates for a reason. 1 Like |
