When the challenges of life prove too much bear Such that I begin to sink in absyss of despair, The bird of hope, after exploring the boundless sky, Unperturbed by wordly cares,comes to rest In my restless heart where it lays a temporary nest. In the course of her stay,she unceasingly sings her melodious strain that slowly away melts my pain Like a block of ice in bowl of water dissolved. When fully sure that my woes have been resolved, She,to the azure space takes flight, bearing on her strong wings,my earthly plights. |
