It might not be fraud. A trending market makes an expert out of every schmuck. They were probably making money in the bull run until the trend changed. Imagine the pointdexter that bought BTCUSD at $60k. Then they got margin-called and wiped out. It happens too often than many would love to admit. The money is gone forever. These suckers probably don't have N100k to their names now.
