Please I need help with something, I have an interview with Leadway Pensure, which has been scheduled for next week.

I do not have phobia or something, I just need advice and suggestions on how to be well prepared for the interview, I am use to online MPR (monthly Performance Review) with my current employer, but this is a whole new level, as it's my first virtual job interview.

Date: Monday (28/06/2021)
Position: Experienced Customer Service officer
Venue: Microsoft Team (online, just like zoom meeting)

On Monday I had the interview over microsoft team, the interview panel compromises of 4 people, who took turns to asks me various questions,

I think I passed this particular interview, because I got a call on Wednesday to prepare for another interview with the head of HR on 1/7/2021

Today I logged on to team & had the interview with the head of HR,
Just before the head of HR rounded up the interview she checked through my cv & said I have to take a test (aptitude test) since my post NYSC working experience is barely 5yrs,

Much later after the second virtual interview, I received a call to confirm my availability for a written test, I confirmed my availability and the test was scheduled for Monday (5/7/21) morning.

I will give more update after the test on Monday

While not feeling entitled m, I’ll ask you to please give a little specifics on the type of questions they asked in your interview and aptitude test...for the aptitude test, is it GMATS, English Questions, current affairs etc. This will go a long way helping prospective applicants.

Leadway pensure is a nice pension manager. I use them for my pension. Wish you the best.

Don't put all your hope on them. Be applying to other places as well. If you get the job fine, if not don't hope on them.

I have first hand experience where they advertised a job on their website and the link was not operational for almost two weeks. I applied to one of the Leadway companies. I called to let them know and they were posting me saying I should keep trying. Later one of their marketers I saw on the road told me , sometimes positions are filled and they would be fulfilling formalities. That was when it dawned on me that they might have got someone, and just posted the vacancy. No wonder the link on their site was not working

Uhmm! Op I hope after all these stresses of interviews and stuff the offer doesn't turn out to be a marketing job.

Nigerians no get money again to invest for pensions oo, the emphasis now is on daily meal.

Go to the firm website to know about them
Equip yourself with the FAQs about Pensions/Regulatory updates
Be confident
Get a very quite and neat environment for the interview
Avoid distractions/noise

For the benefit of others in view, you need a quite and well lit place for the interview.

Computers are usually better as they offer better view, clarity and voice.

Make sure network is good, have your web can on a stand, if you must use your phone, invest in a stand , also invest in good head phones with inbuilt mic.

You don't want your potential employer straining to hear and see you.

Make sure there is good lighting, don't do virtual interviews in a bus, buka or club.

Always choose a quiet place, dress well too.

Don't want to do virtual interviews wearing only boxers, or showing off boobs, unless its for a pornn. company.

That's the head office and not branch.

Just enter bus going to Costain then alight at Iponri.
