It always seems more comfortable and convenient for me sleeping on my left side than the right side.

I don't sleep on my left or right hand. I sleep with my face and body down. With my legs spread wide apart angry

I can personally relate with all those mentioned benefits. Am not a doctor, so I cannot confirm your assertion. I still feel its healthier sleeping on the left side.
