,  going to over 10 years now of advent of internet service in this country, we are still strugling to be browsing on fast internet, NCC fears to regulate the communicatoin bodies, ISP company keep spreading all over the media, shouting 3g service in which none of them rendered. it takes more 2 hour of browsing before someone could check gmail, na wa ooh , i think we should have internet regulating institute now if NCC are not capable of internet department.
