Wondering what they do with the raw sewage that they generate. I've read that giant cruise ships treat the waste before releasing it in the water. These custom made barges may no be equipped with such.

The oil companies are left with the less than 10% to pay their workers, pay their expenses and keep profit. And there's been nothing to show for this by the Nigerian government over the years

For where Nigeria’s oil money has been going to: Look at the many new cities, including new state capitals, that sprang up in the old northern region of Nigeria since northern military dictators created too many states in every nook and cranny of the old northern region, as well as too many local government areas there.

Land mass or population is never used as criterion for proliferation of new administrative units in an area with larger land mass or population, if different regions formed the country from beginning.
