grin grin grin grin

Let me rest it.

That amount is most likely senior manager or director pay but you will earn it with your blood sweat and tears lol. It may take around 13 years or more to get there so they aren’t exactly young people. Remember that you would have had family plus kids as well. Big 4 firms are not oil and gas firms where an entry level guy is already earning much more oo grin

Some of this people mentioning 200-300k monthly salary are all liars. It seems the Nigeria you are living is different from ours.
Don't come on nairaland to intimidate people earning far lower than you. If we had your type of connection things would have a lot more been better for us.

I did not want to comment. But this “connection” thing you typed in your comment got me to reply.

I earn 300k monthly as a totally single guy working as a web designer and digital marketer for a firm in Lagos. I did not even apply for the job. I was called for an interview based on my online portfolio website.

It’s kinda tough living in Lagos especially when you are working on the island and living in the mainland.

Transportation, restaurant food, entertainment, cloths. And other miscellaneous will make 300k look like change.

I have 2 other streams of income. I retail a health product on a website which I created and getting weekly sales.

I also freelance my web design skill handling projects that’s not less than 150k per gig.

People’s living taste are different. I buy whatever that’s necessary for me anytime the need arises because I don’t know how to starve on the things I really need.

Plus family and friends add up to some unforeseen expenses.

You need to improve your mentality and change your associations, 200k to 300k is an average income if not below average

None , as a single guy ( 33 years ) I earn 250k naira monthly, and I swear down I still struggle to get the basic human needs. No shi shi to save by every month end ( I'm based in Lagos ) angry

NB : I don't womanize , I don't smoke neither do I drink.
Japa things on my mind before it's too late , I heard Nigeria of today is a paradise to Nigeria of tomorrow .

My brother I am in the same dilemma. I earn 2 times that amount every month yet I can't save a penny by month end. I am tired!
