whats the location of the property? The total cost i spent on my apartment 4 bedroom bungalow with a paint house 10.7m.

while the plan is not attached for proper assessment, the price is reasonable for 4Units Self-Con in todays market. This is my area of investment and for the standard that you have listed, #2.5M per Unit is ok.

dont know if he/she is a scam but the person that did the aluminium windows and security doors in my house is a lady. i have also seen ladies that do roofing and paintings. so yes some ladies do labourers job.

The location of the site, the dimensions of the structure and the choice of finishes determine the cost of a building. Don't fall for those that will claim to do it at a lower price without considering the above citeria.
