As the Uefa Champions league Final Approaches,debates have been raging as to who will win the game.Firstly,Barcelona are regarded as the best team in the world right now ,meaning they remain favourites for the cup.But,football is not mathematics and United will be looking to spring a surprise.
Recently,reports had it that an agent of United had been studying Messi for the last two years with a view to curtailing his threat whenever both sides meet.United thinks they need to nullify the threat of Messi,to stand any chance of winning this game.It remains to be seen whether this Argentine whizkid will be able to run their defence ragged.

Essentially,united relies heavily on its wingers to deliver wicked crosses into the box with Rooney and  co waiting in the wings to volley home.That is the crux of their game .You have to be able to mark Valencia and Giggs out of a game and also deprive Rooney of any kind of influence to defeat Man united.Will Barca be able to do this?

Having said that ,i think Barca will play total possesion football on that day and Iniesta and the phenomenal Xavi pulling the strings in midfield.Man united should be ready to be under the crush for most parts of the game but they will be devastating on the  counter-attacks .Having lost to Barca in the 2009 final,will United lie-low and allow Barca to take this one again?Or would it be a case of once-beaten twice shy for united?
