Oneisponmedia: Please stop misleading people with lies! The other faction led by Nnamdi won you guys in court severally. Everyone knows about the greed and buhaha between you guys. No police is looking for him. His office is open and he is everywhere. Stop lying to win cheap cuts. Both of the factions are just childish. Shame on you guys! I won't support any of you guys. If the greed that runs in your vains wont let you guys settle the score... Then shame shame on you all 3 Likes |

Re: Is ISPON A Recognized Institute? by CSTRR: 11:03pm On Jul 24, 2021 |
Super1759:Nnamdi told us about the case when I was still running Safety training there in Lagos. How the other faction opened a bank account which has been shut down. It's crazy that they have still not resolved it up till now. |

CSTRR: Very dirty thing. The most annoying is that they are all old men. Old men playing dirty politics. Nnamdi's faction have gotten court judgements two times against them and yet they won't give up. So will they go back to court to get a court order when Nnamdi's faction have 2 court judgments that wasn't followed. 1 Like |

CSTRR: Same reason why I said the OP should walk into the ISPON Office in his state. Nnamdi would have told you anything to make you believe him. But you need to investigate to get the facts. 1 Like |

While our company, Marana Global Services Ltd is not in any way interested in a media war because that is not professional for us, I will want to take this opportunity to provide a few information to guide the public. First, we will not tolerate a continued blackmail by you/your team regarding ISPON issues. We are a legal entity and if you continue to blackmail us, we will take further steps. Second, we were recently contacted by your team to tell us that we should stop recognizing Dr. Ilodiuba as the President of ISPON. Unfortunately, we are not the one recognizing him. There's an existing judgement from FHC since 2017 confirming him as the President and also confirming the Board of the Institute. That being said, our activities are in line with the law. Third, we have received copies of the said new judgement from FHC Port Harcourt. For us, this is another decision from the same FHC. Instead of showing us another judgement from a court of equal jurisdiction, PLEASE SEND US A DECISION FROM THE APPEAL COURT OVERTURNING THE 2017 decision. Then, we will have reasons to recognize you as the official ISPON. As of now, the legally recognized body that we know is https://ispon.gov.ng under the leadership of Dr. Nnamdi Ilodiuba. And with this body, we are officially recognized as a training provider. If anyone wants to have copies of existing judgement upon which Marana Global operates, please contact us by email: info@maranaglobal.com You may also send a message to the President at president@ispon.gov.ng This is the last reply we will give on a platform like this. Other statements will be made through our official channels. With regards, Fasusi www.maranaglobal.com Oneisponmedia: |

This is laughable but a great show of ignorance aimed at deceiving the vulnerable public. ISPON, like other arms of government established to perform specified roles (agencies, bureau, department, etc) are expected to use the .gov.ng indicating their statutory place in the government of NIgeria. The problem here may just be misunderstanding that .gov is only for the traditional ministries which is grossly false. The Industrial Training Fund ITF, Nimasa, DPR, NSITF, AIB, FRSC, COREN, and many more agencies of government in NIgeria are using .gov.ng domain. For clarity, the popular .com relates to commercial groups, .org for organizations, .net derived from network etc. ISPON is not a commercial enterprise, not an association or organization but an institution of government to build capacity and regulate all aspect of Safety management in NIgeria by itself and in collaboration with other government agencies and private organizations. The website previously owned by NISP before the ISPON Act is what they are holding onto since they are unable to provide the legitimacy needed to operate otherwise. 1 Like |

Super1759: Exactly guy! There useless gluttonous behavior, both factions, have made indigenous safety professionals useless in and out the countries. Imagine, in South Africa, Canada, and Saudi Arabic you can't practice as a safety professional without their country's safety certification. Now, India and other Arab nations have follow suite. Infact, if you have NEBOSH IGC in Nigeria you cannot practice in UK except you have NEBOSH National. Before, with ISPON, you can work in Shell, Agip, Chevron etc. Your ISPON certificate qualify you for CSP. Now, render useless as a result of the power tussle. Safety professionals in and out of Nigerian have started gathering signatures to form a NEW body that will serve as a international recognize exam body, starting from West Africa. And leave ISPON as regulatory body, which is thier main purpose, that is if they come to their senses. Presently the group is on telegram. |
